Nick + Caitlin :: Part I

Nick + Caitlin were married on New Years Eve. It was a beautiful, cool & crisp day. These two are high school sweethearts who went to Miami and now live in Toledo while attending (caitlin) medical & (nick) law school.

There were snow flurries throughout the day which made it really pretty. We started out at the salon, a little lunch at Elsa's then make-up at Preen in Oakwood and off to the church to get married!





Caitlin's inspiration images. They all had a elegant, timeless & classic feel. There was also a little vintage in there and she definitely pulled it all off as you'll see in the images to come ...








For Dayton brides looking for someone to do their make-up ... I highly recommend Preen Nicole & Beth do a beautiful job and are a delight to work with. I have to admit I also love shooting there ... the light is just perfect!

I love this picture of Caitlin and her dad who reminds me of steve martin from father of the bride ... just a delightful person!

Way to go STEELERS!!

We had a great time watching the Steelers win the Superbowl tonight ... What a great game!

Well the twins were not so much into it as you can see in the shot below. But Jack was cute sporting his game face !
