I went out to Cox Arboretum a couple times last week to shoot some families. The weather was really nice and the kids had a lot of fun running around the property. Thanks Steve and Shelly for a great session ... the kids were super sweet!

I was so excited when Mary called me a to photograph Lily. I met Mary and Dave several years ago when my husband and I were on the board of the Dayton Art Institute. And back then in my scrapbooking days Mary and I would see each other on Friday nights here and there. I am so happy for them and the latest addition to their family .... Lily is just precious!

I know everyone has been excited to see a sneak peak of this wedding. It rained all day Friday and Sunday but Saturday May 10th was perfect! I really enjoyed shooting this wedding because allie + will made me feel like part of the family. I had the freedom to do whatever and I think we got some fun and unique images because of that freedom. Your slideshow will be up next week. Enjoy!

I recently did some promotional shots for Pete Luongo. He is the author of the "10 Truths About Leadership ... it's not just about winning." Pete retired as the President and CEO of the Berry Company in Aug 2003, a career that spanned more than thirty-three years. It's a great book and I highly recommend picking up a copy. Pete will also be traveling on a book tour starting this fall check out his website pete speaks!

I cannot believe Madeline is already 3 months old. She was born with beautiful blue eyes but they have gotten even lighter and more sparkly since her newborn session. She has to be one of the most gorgeous little girls I've ever photographed. I guess I always say that but these babies just melt my heart. Madeline has a great disposition and I didn't need to do a whole lot to photograph her ... she was picture perfect ... just check out these images!

This is a great time of year to shoot at Smith Gardens. The tulips were so big and vibrant! These two kiddos were perfect during our session. They played around and were really into it. After the garden we headed over to an art gallery because they both really love art. Thanks to the kids and Mom for such a fun shoot!
